Europe Delivery

European deliveries are made using external couriers and will require a signature as receipt for proof of delivery. Delivery rates for European countries serviced are as above.

Dispatch

1) Same day dispatch cut-off time is 2pm. Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day.

2) Orders dispatched via courier will have a tracking reference, this will be sent to you via email or sms at the time of dispatch.

3) If your goods have not been delivered after 10 working days from dispatch then please contact us so we can locate the items.

All of our products are stocked and will be dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.  Orders received before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day.

Most orders dispatched will require a signature as receipt for proof of delivery. 

All delivery times are estimations only. As we use external couriers to deliver our goods, delays may be experienced during busy times and adverse weather conditions.

The recipient is responsible for any additional delivery charges, including duties and taxes that may be due upon import along with returned, refused and/or undeliverable consignments.
